Our Story
The promoters of Royals Marine Food have over three decades of experience in the Shrimp Aquaculture industry in India and are one of the pioneers in the import and supply of formulated shrimp feed to Indian farmers in the year 1990.
Besides Aquaculture, the founders have also forayed into education, having established RK Education Society that comprises of CARE School, CARE Yoga Naturopathy Medical College and an Ayurveda Hospital. Staunch practitioners of Corporate Social Responsibility, the group has focused on the development of Pittalavanipalem Mandal as a model village in education and health care in Guntur district. This feed mill also generates employment to hundreds of youth and assists in social and economic development of the village.

Managing Director
Vegesana Radhakrishna
Mr V Radhakrishna is currently is the Director for water division at M/s. NCC Limited since 1998 which is the second largest infra company in India.
The division has delivered more than 230 projects valued at approximately ₹44,000 crore, achieving a cumulative turnover of around ₹32,400 crore under his leadership.
He also serves as a Director of Paschal Technology (India) Private Limited, a joint venture with Paschal Werk G. Maier, Germany. Mr Vegasena also holds the position of Director at Royale Marine Apex and was a key figure in setting up Gayathri Hatcheries, both sister concerns of Royals Marine Food Pvt Ltd.
Beyond corporate leadership, his commitment to social impact is reflected through the RK Education Society, which supports education for more than 1,100 students, from LKG through degree programmes, helping create brighter opportunities for underserved communities.

Mr Kishore
Kishore is an industry veteran and experienced professional with 20+ years of logistics and management background. His hard work and resource management skills ensure smooth operations across various departments. He focuses his time and effort in managing inter and intra company relations, stakeholder management and managing logistics and operations.
Mr Kishore's expertise in logistics comes from his highly connected road transport company, Sri Vinayaka Road Lines which boasts a fleet of 70+ lorries connecting businesses and strengthening supply chains.

Dr. K. Harikrishna
Dr. K. Harikrishna is an expert in Shrimp Hatchery and farming operations and is a crusader for sustainable aquaculture development in the state of Andhra Pradesh. He focuses his attention on educating the aqua farmers to follow Best Management Practices as well as environmentally responsible practices to develop and take the shrimp culture to the next level in India.
Dr. K. Harikrishna runs a renowned dental practice in the heart of Hyderabad, Aryas Dental since 2008.
He is also an avid social worker who keenly works towards rural and community development.

Mr V Karthik
Karthik is a young and dynamic visionary leader with a technical and management background. His dedication, effort, and earnest leadership is an asset to the growth and development of the organization. Karthik is the driving force behind setting up a fully automated Royals Marine Feed Mill, comprising, the most advanced technologies and modernized machinery with a capacity of producing 100 Metric Tons/day.
His interests are diversified across Aquaculture Feed, Hospitality and Education - having founded Royals Marine Food, Vault Brewery in Vijaywada and Hyderabad and CARE School respectively. He brings an outlook of excellence to the table which has brought success and scale to his ventures from the start.

This feed mill is a part of Royals’ vertical integration with its Associate partner concerns involved in Shrimp Farming (1000 acres), Shrimp Hatchery operations (Gayathri Hatcheries with a capacity of 2 Billion seeds per year).

Our sister concern, the Royal Marine IMPEX Pvt Ltd, a s shrimp processing plant is FDA listed and producing as per ASIC 2004 Classification code: 11601 guidelines.
